PROJECT VISION
The proposal envisions the historic rehabilitation and upgrade of the South Beach Piers 38 and 40, with a vibrant mix of visitor-serving retail, maritime, and commercial uses, and designed around a central aquatic park that invites the public to play, work, and study the Bay and its meaning to the city, community, and ecology of the Bay Area.
