This project is a part of a 235-acre "agri-hood" in Richmond, Texas, featuring incremental mixed-use within its town center. The walkable, 750-home community focuses on small, curated businesses, a 42-acre farm, and locally-owned commercial spaces, offering an alternative to traditional suburban development. Instead of large, uniform retail, the town center aims for smaller, varied, and often owner-occupied, spaces to foster a unique local environment. The prototype building comprises ground floor Retail that engages with the street and options for Office and Residential Units on the floors above.
