The project consists of a new ground-up building to house a clubhouse amenity and a new ground-up ancillary structure to host communal and private gatherings, for a residential community in Richmond, TX. The main building includes an interactive Sales Center, Coffee & Wine Bar w/ a Prep-Kitchen & Storage, indoor and outdoor Lounge Areas, Sales / HOA Office, Restrooms and Clubhouse Storage. The ancillary structure includes a performance / display stage, outdoor dining area and additional storage.
