AREA: Range between ≈ 2500 SF to ≈ 9000 SF per home

The project is an exclusive, private residential community featuring approximately 150 luxury homes and condominiums on custom lots with sustainable, eco-friendly design. It is designed as a "lifestyle" community, combining high-end residential living with recreation, its amenities including a spa, clubhouse, restaurant, brewery, skate park and a massive surf basin with advanced wave technology. The community comprises 14 home types including smaller ≈2500SF homes with 2 or 3 bedrooms, larger ≈8500SF homes with 4-6 bedrooms, and duplexes. Each typical residence is a two-story structure with an attached garage and surf amenities, open plan kitchen/dining/great room with indoor fireplaces, office and media rooms. All homes have 10-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows and custom interiors and detailing. The great rooms open to an outdoor deck that overlooks a swimming pool and barbeque areas.
