AREA: ≈ 252,400 SF
The Mixed-Use Development project in the heart of South Austin comprises of approx. 252,400 SF of Residential Condos and Townhomes, Hotel, Office and Retail, all unified by a continuous vibrant pedestrian experience, which physically and visually connects large clusters of heritage oak trees. Programming works around the tree clusters and activates the site with ground floor commercial spaces throughout. The public plazas host tenant dedicated outdoor areas and flexible open space under the tree canopies. The massing steps down at the rear of the site to better respond to the scale of the adjacent neighborhood. The stepping down and the erosion of the massing at strategic locations creates outdoor terraces and balconies providing generous views of the plazas on site, the adjoining meadow, and Downtown Austin.
